These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TrimLab’s website and video editing services. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

TrimLab provides video editing services, including but not limited to short-form edits, long-form edits, repurposed content, product videos, video ads, and AI cinematic productions.

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Orders & Payment

-Payment is required before editing begins unless otherwise agreed.

-Prices are listed per package or tier.

-All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

-We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided on the order page.
Delivery timelines begin once:

-Full payment is received

-All required footage and instructions are submitted

Delays caused by missing assets or unclear instructions are not our responsibility.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

-Each order includes one free revision.

-Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

-Revisions must stay within the original project scope.

Major changes (new footage, new concept, new direction) may require a new order.

5. Client Responsibilities

You confirm that:

-You own or have permission to use all submitted footage, music, logos, and assets.

-Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or laws.

TrimLab is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

6. Ownership

Upon full payment:

-The final edited video is yours to use.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

-Payments are generally non-refundable once editing has started.

-Refund requests before work begins may be reviewed case-by-case.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrimLab is not liable for:

-Indirect or consequential damages

-Platform performance (e.g., views, engagement, ad results)

-Business losses related to content performance

We provide editing services only — we do not guarantee marketing results.

9. Confidentiality

Client materials and communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
